Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager. This position will be full-time and remote .

What You'll Do

  • Co-ordinate and establish the Priorities and Portfolio for the overall organization based on department goals & the constraints from each leader

  • Define and Maintain Standards/Best Practices across organization.

  • Provide guidance, metrics and reporting – accountable for portfolio tracking/reporting

  • Develop processes supporting annual and quarterly budget forecast cycles.

  • Work with different stakeholders within team/Business/PMO for demand/Supply outlook, variance comparison, revisions and notifications. Rationalize finalize demand against spend - Demand / Supply meetings

  • Liaise with the teams in Digital Marketing Solutions, Contracts, Finance and Legal Departments to ensure that Contract strategies and contracts are in full compliance with Company policies and procedures

  • Set Digital Customer Solutions team standards, provide handbooks, tools and be a resident advocate of PM best practice (this includes methodology, training, certification, etc.).

  • Ensure common project delivery practices across project managers and develop an organization that is an example of project management performance and excellence

  • Ensure proactive organizational change management practices applied by project managers to effectively manage the people side of change and ensure impacted audiences are ready to adopt & sustain the changes

What You'll Do

Required:

  • Advanced degree in a related Business discipline and / or Management Information Systems

  • At least 10+ years of Project Management experience and 5 years in Project Management Office as PMO Manager/Lead, including finance and contract management

  • Ability to present / interact crisply and fluently with Executive Management; outstanding communication skills in both oral and written forms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

  • An understanding / appreciation of current Digital trends in business and technology

  • Deep experience and knowledge on effective project management techniques, frameworks, agile/hybrid/waterfall operating models, methodologies and proven ability to deliver key portfolio outcomes (cost, value, schedule, risks) and financial accuracy

  • Experience applying Organizational Change Management practices to increase business readiness to adopt changes & promote culture of delivering business outcomes through effective change management

  • Agile /Scrum /SAFe Certification

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
