Position Summary

Position is to support the Value Based Care (VBC) operations and third-party constituent relationships. Leads team to develop enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems, resulting in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Collaborates across the organization to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.

What you will do:

  • Monitor operations,

  • Prepare roadmap updates, including risks with mitigation plans on a quarterly basis.

  • Directs day-to-day complex business consultation operations to support Value Based Care and the third-party relationships that support our providers and collaborate as needed with others to support workgroups and transition activities.

  • Assists with alignment of providers to appropriate supplemental data submission method to support their needs.

  • Administers VBC operational processes and assignments for researching, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information for the business consulting department reports.

  • Ensure business alignment with supporting business units: HEDIS, Stars, Revenue Integrity, etc. Reviewing roadmap requirements from the business sectors and identifying opportunities for the vendor to support. Outreach to business partners quarterly to align roadmap direction.

  • Reviews files, reports, and financial records, and manages departmental record retention.

  • Develops and implements a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.

  • Collaborates internally and externally with clients and senior management regarding the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Advises the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.

  • Delivers advice to managers regarding current business trends and best practices preparing analysis for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Authorizes performance appraisals within the business consulting department to drive the development of departmental development.

  • Helps establish and implement strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld.

  • Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials.

  • Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives.

  • Facilitates diverse internal and external networks, as appropriate, for data gathering and best practice identification.

  • Leverages internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge/best practice transfer.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years operations, business processes, and/or consulting within the healthcare industry

  • Provider experience and knowledge

  • Project Management experience

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

  • Adept at business intelligence

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Value Based Care business

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
