Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant. As a Sr. Accountant, your primary role will be to maintain financial records and resolve accounting inquiries. You will also be tasked with managing and reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to keep track of financial data and create reports.

• Prepare and maintain journal entries for month-end close procedures.

• Utilize Oracle and SAP systems for financial management and reporting.

• Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintaining accuracy in all financial records.

• Address accounting inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

• Monitor and manage all customer credit applications.

• Ensure the accuracy of all balance sheet reconciliations.

• Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions when require

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with the ability to manage and correct discrepancies efficiently

• Experience in preparing and adjusting Journal Entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other complex functions

• Capable of managing Month End Close activities, including the preparation of financial reports and analysis

• Familiarity with Oracle financial software, with the ability to navigate and utilize its various functions effectively

• Proficient in using SAP for accounting and financial management, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reporting.
