Compensation range: $75,000 - $95,000

Accountant role for growing Construction organization! The role involves various accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts receivable and payable, compliance, and general ledger management.

Main responsibilities include:

• Preparing journal entries for month-end close procedures

• Assisting the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment

• Assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Maintaining and updating the general ledger

• Managing job cost accounting to facilitate invoice approval and payment

• Reconciling bank statements to maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Accounting

• 3-5+ years of construction accounting experience

• Experience with Sage or similar ERP Systems is highly preferred.
