Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

Seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects valued between $5 million and $80 million, primarily in the food facility sector. This role involves direct collaboration with clients, architects, estimating engineers, and superintendents. The successful candidate will manage the project lifecycle from pre-construction to project close-out, focusing on delivering exceptional results that secure our position as a leader in our niche market. Responsibilities include providing training and leadership to an Assistant Project Manager, conducting performance evaluations for team members, cost estimation and control, schedule setting, subcontractor coordination, attendance at construction meetings, and overseeing payment request reviews. The role requires up to 30% travel.
