Job Summary

The School of Management in the College of Business and Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi invites applications for an adjunct faculty member to teach strategic management and entrepreneurship courses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability and willingness to teach undergraduate courses in management in accordance with the standards and requirements established by the school, college, and university.

  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability teach in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 18 hours of graduate-level coursework in management from an AACSB-accredited institution and have teaching interests in strategic management and entrepreneurship. Candidates must have teaching experience, be able to support our teaching needs, and be eligible for employment in the United States.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability of teaching effectiveness is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have teaching experiences in and be willing to teach strategic management and entrepreneurship to undergraduate students.
