Duties and Responsibilities: Mixes paint of all finishes. Sets up and maintains all equipment. Records wet and dry mil readings. Takes and records inside and outside temperature readings. Takes and records dew point and R.H. readings

Records daily paint usage. Sandblasts Paints units with number of necessary coats. Properly reports labor

Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals. Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

COMPLEXITY OF TASKS: Assignments require thorough understanding of standard engineering concepts / principles, and in-depth knowledge of quality assurance programs & procedures. This role also requires the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal groups (this may be necessary to negotiate changes and influence decisions).

It also requires the ability to make decisions on quality matters, subject to general overview.

Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred. Read and write English. Knowledge of company safety policies. Prior Painting Experience Preferred.
