Requirements

  • Experience in commercial HVAC or an applicable field.
  • Updated HVAC license.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Day Shift (Being on call at all times) | Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

  • Review and approve HVAC quotes.
  • Negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers.
  • Train the sales and service teams.
  • Support the customer service teams when dealing with vendors and/or customer issues.
  • Assist with any technical questions or strategic sourcing.
  • Physical requirements: the ability to lift 50 pounds and comfortable working in confined spaces (attics, basements, etc.).
