1) Handling and organization of invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents 2) Coding invoices 3) Facilitating communication with vendors for payment and statement status to ensure all invoices are paid on time 4) Collaboration and communication with accounting team to obtain check approvals, facilitate cutting of checks and delivery in a timely manner 5) creation of job cost reports 6) Analysis of accounts payable and payment bond claims, owner claims and change orders 7) Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
