Job Description: Accounting Associate\ Reports To: Controller\ Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret customer contracts for relevant billing information in order to process and customize accurate customer invoices.
2. Interact with various internal personnel as well as customers to research and resolve any billing issues / disputes.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
4. Assist in managing the general ledger.
5. Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
6. Work on special projects and additional duties as assigned.
7. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
