As a leading provider of professional services, Full Time Engagement Professionals at Robert Half seeks to hire a competent and diligent Accounting Clerk. This role will be instrumental in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Key responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting duties which include: recording day-to-day financial transactions, verifying, and balancing receipts.

• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets.

• Process accounts receivable/payable/Billing

• Code and match AP invoices

• Apply customer payments

• Research and solve payment discrepancies

• Make adjustments to accounts as needed

• Prepare weekly manual deposits

• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Experience using at least two common accounting ERP software such as Netsuite, Yardi, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, ADP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
