Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate donors and new prospects, driving engagement with thecompanymission through consistent communication and strategic outreach.
  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100-150 individual and corporate donor relationships, creating tailored strategies to grow and sustain the donor base while crafting proposals and materials to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborate inthe planning and execution of major events, includinganannualgala,contributing toproject timelines, honoree selection, auction logistics, and securing pre-event donations to achieve financial goals.
  • Secure and align funding with the organizations mission and programs, minimizing administrative burdens and maximizing the impact of resources.
  • Analyze fundraising outcomes and program effectiveness, refining strategies based on data insights, and ensuring accurate tracking of donor interactions and performance through a CRM system.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+years experiencein fundraising and development for a nonprofit organization
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects and events simultaneously, while effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented, with proficiency in setting, measuring, and achieving fundraising goals.
  • Exceptional at understanding donor motivations, aligning their interests with the organizations mission, and communicating effectively to foster strong relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools for efficient project management and reporting.
  • Passion for youth development andcommitment toempowering the next generation.
