McDonald's Prep Person in HAZARD, Kentucky
As a prep person at McDonald's you will play a crucial role in preparing ingredients and food items for sale to our customers. Your attention to detail, and your ability to work efficiently will ensure our menu items will be prepared to our golden standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for our menu items, assembling some of our menu items, and baking.
Maintaining a clean and organized prep area, free from debris, that reflects the health and safety of our guests
Label, date, and store ingredients while adhering to health and safety standards
Restocking ingredients and supplies throughout your shift
Assist with food preparation during peak periods
Follow all McDonald's recipes and procedures for consistency and quality
Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Be able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communications skills
