BUNZL Import Project Coordinator in Hazelwood, Missouri

Description

The Import Project Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Import Operations, Marketing, and Category Management Teams, along with customers and manufacturers. This role is responsible for managing the daily project management of packaging development processes to meet deadlines. Position Sits in Hazelwood, MO office.

Responsibilities

Manage daily project management of packaging development processes to meet deadlines.

Manage, communicate, and coordinate the transfer of files to and from marketing and manufacturers.

Contact manufacturer(s) with a list of new item numbers, request and confirm product specifics.

Communicate with Project Managers on the status of package development.

Develop a spreadsheet for marketing to use to develop artwork and build point of sale information.

Track item status from set up to approval for pre-production samples.

Submit item specifications and artwork to marketing through Smartsheet.

Review and approve completed art files from proofing and forward and submit to necessary internal and external stakeholders.

Proof and approve files and send to manufacturer to develop proofs.

Request, receive, and review pre-production samples.

Maintain status of category manager import projects in Smartsheet.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience

  • Marketing/Graphic Arts experience

  • Basic Microsoft Office & Adobe experience

  • Pantone deck and test print card experience preferred
