As a Payroll Clerk, you will be tasked with the secure and precise entry of payroll data, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and utilizing your skills in Microsoft Excel and ADP - Payroll for data management and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the secure and accurate entry of payroll data.

• Collaborating with the team for seamless payroll operations.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data sorting, summing, and basic reconciliation tasks.

• Supporting payroll processes during weekly and semi-monthly cycles.

• Performing basic reconciliation tasks to ensure data accuracy.

• Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism in all operations.

• Utilizing ADP - Payroll for effective payroll management.

• Working independently in a focused environment. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Payroll software is necessary for effective execution of duties

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required for data analysis and reporting

• Excellent data entry skills are vital for accurate record-keeping and information processing
