BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Office Representative to join our outstanding and compassionate team!

This position is PRN (as needed) and will cover multiple locations (Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg).

Behavioral Health Office Representative Responsibilities:

• Schedules patients with appropriate provider, answers phones and responds within time frames defined by departmental guidelines.

• Obtains complete and accurate patient registration information according to department standards.

• Reviews and confirms all registration information is accurate at each appointment and makes any required updates.

• Consistently reviews cancellation, displaced patients, and appointment requests worklist throughout the day.

• Reviews daily schedules for availability and coordinates with onsite supervisor to ensure providers' schedules are at capacity.

Requirements:

• High School or Equivalent

• 1 year – Office Related

• Customer service, interpersonal, critical thinking

• Written and verbal communication

• Works independently and with a team

• Organization, administrative and clerical skills
