Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- - Responsible for all electrical modifications and repairs performed following lock-out tag out procedures.

``` - - Leads in the troubleshooting and maintaining of PLC programs being utilized on our process equipment.

``` - - Maintain all Electrical Schematic Drawings up to date.

``` - - Coordinates activities of outside services in the maintenance and servicing of all equipment, machines and cranes.

``` - - Responsible for development and maintenance of our Control Systems.

```{=html}

``` - - Prepares reports as necessary.

```{=html}

``` - - Oversees Company's preventative maintenance program (electrically).

```{=html}

``` - - Coordinates requisitions of parts and supplies.

```{=html}

``` - - Coordinates all safety aspects of electrical systems.

```{=html}

``` - - Performs all other related duties as assigned

General:

- - Complies with the designated ISO/TS16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines.

``` - - Ensures company safety policies are adhered to, and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors.

``` - - Wears personal protective equipment (PPE), as required, at all times.

``` - - Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards.

``` - - Strives for continuous improvement.

Position Qualifications:

- - Certified Industrial Electrician with 3-5 years experience in an industrial environment.

``` - - Working knowledge of control systems.

```{=html}

``` - - Familiar with PLC, with some experience in programming.

```{=html}

``` - - Knowledge of induction heat treat and painting processes for equipment preferred.

```{=html}

``` - - Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

```{=html}

``` - - Experience with routine maintenance operations.

```{=html}

``` - - Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.

``` - - Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

```{=html}

``` - - Able to work well under pressure.

```{=html}

``` - - Strong attention to detail.

```{=html}

``` - - Knowledge of safe operating procedures.

```{=html}

``` - - Self-starter, with developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.

```{=html}

``` - - Computer literate required, along with accountability, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and risk management.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

- - Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.

``` - - Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.

```{=html}

``` - - Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.

```{=html}

``` - - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

``` - - May be required to work overtime, nights, weeks, and be on-call.

```{=html}

``` - - Often exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting.

``` - - May be exposed to contaminants.

```{=html}

``` - - May be exposed to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations.

``` - - May be exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures.
