Constructs and repairs structural woodworking and equipment; works from blueprints, drawings, and/or oral instructions.

Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, flooring, doors, including framework and trim.

Uses various hand and power tools.

Installs and repairs carpeting.

Installs glass windows, doors, replaces damaged ceiling tiles.

Assists with installation and performs preventative maintenance on building and facility systems and equipment; maintains HVAC system, calibrates thermostats, electrical systems, and pneumatic controls.

Assists with installation and repair of plumbing piping and fixtures; clears and cleans drain obstructions, maintains sinks, urinals, and toilets.

Performs outside work of grounds maintenance including snow removal of facilities parking areas and walkways.
