Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Compliance Specialist in the San Antonio, TX area. This person will track and manage multiple project's & ensure requirements are met by Subcontractors. They will need to have knowledge of the wage rates, section 3, and HUD requirements. The ideal candidate will come from the construction industry. This is an on site role with no opportunity to work remote. Salary will range from $58,000 - $60,000 .

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience tracking and managing multiple construction project's

• Experience preparing, organizing, and maintaining subcontractor & sub-tier compliance records and files, including: insurance certificates, business licenses, federal forms, & contract documents

• Knowledge of Prevailing Wage Rates, Section 3, and HUD requirements and commitment to ongoing education of policy changes

• Knowledge of compliance requirements including company, state, and federal requirements null
