Hiring HVAC Service Technicians in Henderson, CO

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to oversee and perform a variety of repairs and modifications on modular buildings. This includes HVAC, framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance. You will also conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry within the branch territory. Additionally, you will explain repairs and services to customers courteously, both over the phone and in-person, while maintaining a safe working environment and complying with safety standards on-site.

Shift: 1st shift, 7AM start time

**This is a service role that requires traveling from site to site. You must report to the shop daily by 7 am.

Pay: $28.00hr - $35.00hr (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform repairs and modifications on modular buildings, including HVAC, framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance.

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry within the branch territory.

• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, both over the phone and in-person.

• Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe working habits, including complying with safety standards on-site.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience

• EPA universal certification

• Carpentry experience

• Electrical repair experience

• Blueprint reading experience

• Preventive maintenance experience

• Installation experience
