'- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

• PE in Nevada - Experience with design software such as GIS (ArcMap), AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, HECHMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox

•   Ability to learn Civil3D, OpenRoads Designer/SUD
