Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Hendersonville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing first level support to the employees of our organization through email. Your main tasks would revolve around addressing basic IT issues, supporting the use of specific software, and maintaining an efficient ticketing system.
Responsibilities
• Provide first level email support to employees, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns.
• Handle password resets and resend welcome emails as needed.
• Utilize built-in templates and knowledge base for efficient problem-solving.
• Provide basic support for certifications like A+.
• Assist in printer support and basic hardware troubleshooting such as issues with screens not powering on.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting when necessary.
• Learn and support specific software such as Nimbus CRM.
• Utilize a ticketing system, Hiver, for effective issue tracking and resolution.
• Handle basic tasks related to Windows 11 such as built-in reset, troubleshooting, and installing updates.
• Provide support for mobile devices including Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Use your skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Basic Network Troubleshooting to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in popular applications and operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Desktop
• Experience with Active Directory and Domain
• Familiarity with computer hardware, including troubleshooting and hardware-software installation
• Sound knowledge of configuration management and deployment processes
• Ability to perform basic and advanced network troubleshooting
• Skills in troubleshooting hardware and network issues
• Experience in resetting passwords and managing password changes
• Excellent email communication skills and familiarity with email software
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on providing superior customer service
• Knowledge of knowledge base systems and CRM
• Experience with network printers, including multi-function printers and resolving printer problems
• Familiarity with Desktop Operating System, Environment, and Workstation
• Proficiency in hardware and software upgrades
• Experience with ticketing system management
