iParametrics LLC Disaster Case Manager in Hernando County, Florida

Our Disaster Case Managers go beyond just meeting urgent needs; they provide comprehensive guidance, accurate case documentation, and resource referrals that pave the way to long-term recovery. This is a long-term project (3+ years) and an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in Florida communities affected by disasters.

We are specifically seeking local candidates in Florida who are ready to join us in making a difference. As a W2 employee of iParametrics, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, compassion, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your knowledge of government and community-based resources to assist clients.

  • Travel to meet clients, assess their needs, and develop tailored recovery plans.

  • Advocate on behalf of disaster survivors to ensure they receive necessary services and benefits.

  • Maintain detailed case documentation and accurately update database entries.

  • Monitor progress and provide follow-up to help clients return to pre-disaster levels of well-being.

  • Collaborate with local organizations and present confidential case information for funding support.

  • Take on other tasks as needed to support survivors’ recovery journey.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field (master's is preferable but not required).

  • 1-2 years of case management experience (preferred but not required).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • The ability to work flexible hours and remotely when necessary.

  • Multilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required).

Special Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for field visits.

  • Willingness to adapt to challenging field conditions such as extreme weather, limited facilities, or uneven terrain.

  • Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Benefits & CompensationAs a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is hourly ($25-30) based on experience, background, and skills.
