What You’ll Get to Do

Design, implement, and manage secure cloud architectures on AWS.

Develop and enforce cloud security best practices and policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions.

Evaluate and implement identity governance solutions, focusing on Okta, SailPoint, and related technologies.

Manage and optimize Active Directory and other directory services.

Conduct security assessments and audits of existing systems and applications.

Respond to security incidents and implement remediation strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.

Provide training and guidance to team members on security and identity management practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement secure access controls and authentication mechanisms.

More About the Role

This position is critical in ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is not only secure but also aligns with best practices in identity management. You will be responsible for the strategic design and execution of security measures across our AWS environments, while actively engaging with various teams to enhance our identity and access management capabilities. Your expertise will guide the implementation of robust identity governance solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Active DOD Secret Clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud security, identity management, or related fields.

Strong expertise in AWS services and architecture.

Proficient in identity management solutions, particularly Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk.

Experience with Active Directory and directory service management.

In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and compliance regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, AWS CDK, CLI).

Knowledge of network security principles and practices.

Previous experience in a similar role within a federal or government contracting environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$104,200-$229,200
