Description & Requirements
ManTech is currently seeking a Director, Enterprise Program who will support the strategic direction and operational excellence of our enterprise programs in Herndon, VA. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive frameworks and processes that enhance project governance, improve client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collect requirements, create a solutions architecture, and govern documentation around customized dashboards and tools that are produced from the Enterprise Program Management, Standards and Quality Assurance organization.
Improve the enterprise process to engage with clients to drive satisfaction, growth, and recompete wins. Ensure continuous feedback loops to capture client insights and improve service delivery.
Transform the process to optimize program executive reviews. Work to streamline administrative tasks associated with activity.
Enhance governance mechanisms to monitor deliverable submissions and capture intellectual property for reuse in competitive bids and future engagements. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Work with the quality management office to align with business objectives. Enhance the consistency and reliability of programs while driving new business opportunities. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to quality assurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing Government contracts in IT infrastructure, cloud, analytics, or systems/software development programs of increasing complexity.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Program Manager responsible for all aspects of contract vehicle and/or multiple task order performance.
Proven, successful delivery of transformational solutions on medium-sized (50+ personnel) contracts.
Ability to engage in substantive strategic discussion with senior information technology stakeholders.
Agile management experience (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, including the ability to layout, articulate and implement a large-scale program strategy.
Strong consulting and customer service skills and ability to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to manage and lead a large team in accordance with agile principles.
Flexibility, quick decision-making, and ability to seamlessly navigate risks and ambiguity while effectively navigating a dynamic project environment.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions to enhance stakeholder engagement.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Physical Requirement:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
