SAP NS2 Ariba CIG DevOps Manager - Virtual

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

SAP NS2 has an opening for an Ariba CIG DevOps Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Deployment & Configuration : Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SAP CIG environments, ensuring they are optimized for performance and reliability.

  • CI/CD Pipeline : Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for SAP CIG to automate and streamline deployment processes.

  • Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor the performance of SAP CIG environments, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with SAP Basis, Development, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of SAP services.

  • Troubleshooting & Support : Provide 2nd/3rd level support for SAP CIG issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement fixes to ensure minimal downtime.

  • Automation : Develop scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP CIG environments, including configuration settings, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Security & Compliance : Ensure that SAP CIG environments adhere to security and compliance requirements, implementing necessary controls and procedures.

  • Training & Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior team members and provide training on SAP CIG best practices and DevOps methodologies.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 2 years focused on SAP CIG.

  • Proven experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.

  • Strong experience with SAP CIG integration and its components.

  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, Basis, and integration technologies.

  • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, or SAP CPI.

  • Certification in SAP CIG, SAP Basis, or relevant DevOps tools.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 184200 - 313200(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
