HOW A TECHNICAL EDITOR SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Researches, prepares, and edits technical documents
● Works closely with Growth Proposal Center, Capture, and Business Development teams to create compelling proposal content
● Interviews candidates for proposal resume development while identifying any compliance challenges
● Must have a flexible and easy-to-work with style in our fast-paced environment
● Write compliant and compelling resume and staffing plan proposal content
● Will use writing skills to learn how to support other proposal assignments (e.g., past performance, management plans)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, preferably in English or Journalism, or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
● Required Experience: 5+ years of writing and editing experience
● Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Word Expert
● Required Security Clearance Level: Top Secret SCI w/CI Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative problem solver
● Preferred: Knowledge of Shipley proposal development and APMP best practices; SharePoint knowledge preferable, experience writing proposals or grants
● Location: Hybrid in Herndon, Va.

The likely salary range for this position is $96,050 - $129,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
