Your Role

As the National Air Logistics Training Manager, your role involves multifaceted responsibilities. You will design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored to the specific needs of staff members. These modules will cover essential topics related to air logistics, including processes, safety protocols, and best practices. Additionally, you’ll facilitate regular training sessions, ensuring that employees stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and organizational procedures. Your expertise will contribute to a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining high standards within the logistics department.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering course training materialto a core group of trainers and/or staff.

• Support and enhancecomprehensive training documentation (ie SOPs), utilizing experience gainedfrom the trainers and/or staff.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate training schedules bythe required effective dates.

• Work with QA to assuretraining records / training matrix(s) are updated.

• Lead and Inspire individuals to develop a highlymotivated & committed team.

• Contribute and develop long-term planning,including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.

• Periodic internal audit of documented processvs how established staff are actually performing the function using appropriate tools and techniques

• Track performance,specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

• Reports to Global Quality Assurance Vice President

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in Training Management

• 1+ years Operational experience with Quicktrac

• 3+ years of experience with Computer Based Training modules

• 1+ years Project Management
