We are hiring an Assistant to support a busy Engineering / Mechanical trades department of a large educational campus in Hershey. This is a contract to potential hire position! Must work onsite in Hershey every day!

Overview:

Assist the Mechanical Trades department with all of the facilities/mechanical trades electronic work orders in the system for repairs and maintenance on campus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create work orders in their electronic system

• Coordinate/schedule maintenance appointments

• Answer and dispatch calls

• Process timesheets for technicians

• Process purchase orders in Peoplesoft system

• Reconcile expenses and purchases

• Maintain uniform inventory

• Support the trades department with all administrative tasks

  Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with Work Orders/ Purchase orders

• Engineering or Mechanical/maintenance department experience

• Able to work onsite in Hershey, Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Must be able to pass school clearances (Child abuse, fingerprinting, etc.)
