Description We are in search of a Database Analyst who will contribute significantly to our team in Hialeah, Florida. The role involves working within the tech industry, focusing on database management and analysis, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data systems and document their structure, operations, and processes

• Develop and manage effective database systems to store and retrieve company data

• Assist with the design, documentation, and enforcement of database guidelines and procedures

• Utilize Salesforce Administration tools to streamline company processes

• Develop and maintain reports using Tableau for various departments

• Employ AB Testing strategies to improve database efficiency and accuracy

• Engage with various team members to understand their database needs and implement solutions

• Work closely with data warehousing teams to collate and process relevant data

• Use Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL for database management and operations

• Ensure the security of company databases by implementing EO/IR systems and Backup Technologies

• Regularly perform data audits and resolve detected errors

• Participate in the development and preparation of procedures for data sharing and data synchronization. Requirements • Proficient in the use of Database and EO/IR systems

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL

• Familiarity with AB Testing procedures

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies and Data Warehousing

• Ability to design and document database systems

• Experience in Salesforce Administration

• Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualization

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and address database issues

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with different departments

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
