Job Overview: The National Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and establishing new B2B relationships across the United States. Leveraging over 75,000 potential clients, this role involves high-volume cold calling, targeted prospecting, and effective follow-up to generate new business opportunities. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is a performance-based role with a growth-focused incentivization plan designed to reward exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Sales Outreach: o Conduct a high volume of daily cold calls to prospective businesses nationwide to generate leads and establish new client relationships. o Present the companys value proposition, products, and services effectively to decision-makers. 2. Market Expansion: o Strategically target untapped markets across the U.S. to maximize penetration and revenue growth. o Research and identify new industries or sectors where the company can expand its presence. 3. Pipeline Management: o Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline using available tools. o Track and document all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales. 4. Collaboration: o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience. o Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities. 5. Professionalism and Reporting: o Maintain a professional and consistent presence on phone calls, emails, and other client interactions. o Regularly report progress, challenges, and successes to the National Sales Administrator. Key Expectations:

Call Volume: Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly call and activity targets.

Client Acquisition: Deliver measurable growth in new client acquisition across targeted regions.

Data Management: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in CRM and ERP data entries.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Professional Presence: Uphold a professional demeanor in all client communications. Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, preferably involving cold calling and prospecting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, professional phone presence.

High motivation, energy, and a results-driven attitude.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation and Incentives:
