Requirements

  • The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and performing administrative tasks

  • . You will also assist with laundry duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the motel, and assist with pavilion maintenance.

  • . Key Responsibilities : • Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out efficiently.

  • Manage reservations and provide information on room availability and rates.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest queries and requests. • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

  • •Assign rooms to Housekeeping staff. • Check the activities of the Housekeeping staff following the “Room Verification” checklist that must be previously signed by the housekeeper. • On days when the laundry staff is not there and it is necessary: assist with the tasks of washing, drying and folding linen.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area. • Keep the “Coffee Bar” area clean, stocked and organized. • Inform the office of any shortages or insufficiencies of inventory for replacement

  • Follow safety and quality policies and procedures. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
