Position Summary: The Project Engineer is tasked with gathering project information from the customer then develop a conceptual design using historical data and employee input, to create industry leading concession trailers.\ Collaborate with both the client and internal departments to understand project expectations.\ Track project scope changes and performance to established budget and timelines.\ Work directly with shop employees daily to work thru such things as design concerns and project schedule.\ Work with the Purchasing department to obtain project accessories in a timely manner.\ Review project designs for safety and liability concerns and promptly elevate any concerns to Sales and Production management.\ \
