Nuvance Health Nurse Practitioner/ Physican Assistant , Primary Care- Modena, NY in Highland, New York

Affiliated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center, We are seeking board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physican Assistant to join busy and growing primary care practices in Modena, NY in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions. Our providers work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. We are looking to add an additional provider to this growing practice located 20 minutes west of Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. Located in the scenic Hudson Valley, Modena is a 1.5 hour drive upstate of New York City, and is close to great hiking, biking, restaurants and overall great country life.

Salary Range: $115,000- $135,000. yearly

Working conditions:

Essential:

  • Some manual skills / motor coord & finger dexterity

  • Some occupational risk

  • Medium to Heavy effort. May exert up to 35 lbs. force

  • Some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, etc.
