Description

We are in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team in HILLIARD, Ohio, United States. This role includes overseeing all accounting functions and maintaining company's financial policies and procedures. The Accounting Manager will also be responsible for the monthly financial statements and related financial reporting, including the analytical review of monthly operating results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions such as General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

• Prepare the monthly financial statements and related financial reporting, including the analytical review of monthly operating results.

• Responsible for the month-end close process and coordination.

• Maintain the company’s financial policies, procedures and internal controls for accounting systems and processes.

• Handle cash projections to effectively manage cash balances and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

• Manage accounting staff by providing direction, oversight of work product and coaching and development, as needed.

• Assist with the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process.

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Capable of performing Accounting Functions

• Knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prior experience in Auditing
