Responsibilities

Summary:

The Plant Service Engineer is responsible for successfully implementing various manufacturing platforms that are used for production in both domestic and international locations. The Plant Services Engineer acts as the project manager for implementing some projects and participates in the implementation on the plant floor in many others. Plant Service Group engineers are the liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing. Travel approaches 75% and supports multiple plants and manufacturing platforms, both domestic and international.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform & Understand AutoCAD/Solidworks drawings and functions while maintaining mechanical and electrical drawing files

``` - Lead lean Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts (A3, 5 Why, Fishbone di grams, etc.) to improve process and equipment reliability

``` - Develop plant layouts with Project Engineering support

``` - Routinely provide hands-on equipment and process troubleshooting & training
