HCCAO (a non-profit program) is looking to fill Child Care Employee positions at the Hillsboro Center.

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.  Experience in early childhood education preferred.

Applicants must be able to work well with children, parents, and staff. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to stoop, bend, and push, as well as lift up to 40 pounds.

This is a full-time position (schedule will depend on enrolled child care family's needs between the hours of 6AM-6PM Monday-Friday) and offers a fringe benefit package that includes paid holidays, personal leave, vacation and sick leave accrual. Other benefits offered include 14 paid holidays, Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance as well as 401K retirement plan.
