Highland County Community Action Organization Inc. has full time, 40 hour a week Health Services Director position available in our Family Health Services Department. This is a highly responsible director position.

Responsibilities include employee management, monitoring budgets, maintaining patient records, completing reports, writing grants, knowledge and experience in medical management and terminology, and ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, professional and courteous, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will report to Highland County Community Action Organization Greenfield and Hillsboro locations.

Desired qualifications for this position are an Associate's degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, or a Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration or related field. Registered Nurses or Registered Dietitians are preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare regulations and medical terminology.
