Job Title: Chemical Operator

Job Description

  • Accurately weigh and mix chemicals using digital scales, pumps, filtration systems, and manual valves.

  • Interface with process control software (FAS) to monitor processes and conduct quality tests.

  • Prepare, filter, and sample photoresist/chemicals following recipes and engineering requirements using FAS as well as written process orders and verbal instructions.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork/electronic input, documenting all work completed and in process.

  • Manage inventory, assist in monthly cycle counts, order needed materials, and properly store hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

  • Operate both manual and automatic bottle fillers in a clean room environment. Handle hazardous waste management including handling, labeling, disposal, preparation for shipping, and record keeping.

  • Create hazardous waste profiles.

  • Package, label, and document finished products using a computerized label printing machine, box lifter, and fork truck.

  • Operate bottle washing-sterilization systems.

  • Certified operators will assist in training fellow associates.

  • Suggest improvements to management for work processes.

  • Adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures, and identify unsafe conditions.

Day Shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm Full Time $22hr-$24hr DOE & Interview
