Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Multiple openings for experienced Equipment Maintenance Technicians in Hillsboro. This role requires working in a high-tech, cleanroom environment, supporting semiconductor manufacturing by performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery. This is not an entry level role. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical issues. The shifts are from Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday, or Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:30pm - 6:30am with a 15% shift differential.

Hard Skills

  • Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related electronics/electrical experience from military or industry specific role

  • Previous Maintenance experience including troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics

  • Experience with specific tooling, including ASML 400XT Scanners, ASML PAS5500, and TEL ACT 8 and equipment

Soft Skills

  • Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment

  • Able to fully diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on equipment

  • Able to improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool breakdowns

  • Monitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendations and improvements to maintenance procedures

  • Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvements projects

  • Able to clearly communicate machine status verbally in daily pass-down meetings

  • Able to provide clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Work Environment

Working in a cleanroom / fab environment. Must be comfortable wearing a full cleanroom suit
