Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Respond to work orders

• Troubleshoot equipment failures

• Provide both emergency and preventive maintenance

• Repairs on building equipment, fixtures, and systems in a manufacturing environment, including clean rooms

• General maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical work.

• Identify and correct safety-related issues

• Perform independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures

• Ensure all facility and production associated equipment is operated, maintained, and repaired

Skills Required

• Troubleshooting

• Mechanical aptitude

• General maintenance

• Operate, maintain, and repair facility and production equipment

• Preventative maintenance inspections

• Operate various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments

Soft Skills

• Ability to identify and correct safety-related issues

• Supportive team collaboration

• Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and task management

• Effective communication with co-workers, contractors, vendors, and building managers

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Work Environment

Very clean, air-conditioned manufacturing facility with clean rooms.
