Principal Service Solutions is hiring Experienced Field Service Engineers to Decommission tools in Semiconductor FAB. This position is open to local candidates and travelers.

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay Rate: $35.00-50.00 DOE

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

• Chamber Wet Cleans

• Removal of chamber kits & fore lines

• Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.

• Pump purging of gas lines. 

• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids

• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.

• Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown.

• Power off all the system and related subcomponents 

• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures. 

• Daily pre-task planning with customer

• Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)

• Reporting status of the Decon project.

• Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

Must know Decon/Install/Deinstall on 300mm OEM equipment. 

Minimum of 5 + years / OEM direct experience on one or more of the following:

• Wet Etch: TEL CELLESTA, DNS SU3800 & SU3000

• Metals: LAM Vector, AMAT Endura 5500

• Dry Etch: TEL SCCM & BX PLATFORM, LAM 2300 

• CMP: AMAT REFLEXION DESI & RD

• ASM Eagle, ASM XP8

• EPI Tools (300mm)

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able be on feet for 8-10 hrs. at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
