Job Title: Client Site Manager

Location: Portland, OR

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr

Shifts: 1st shift

The client site manager is the key representative of Manpower's service team, overseeing service delivery at assigned client sites. This roles involves building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and high retention rates. The site manager is responsible for aligning service delivery with client expectations, resolving issues, and executing site strategies to enhance client growth, profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing service delivery and ensuring it meets client expectations

  • Collaborate with clients to create and execute site strategies that focus on client satisfaction, growth, and continuous improvement

  • Resolve client and associate issues promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure client satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with Manpower policies and relevant labor laws

  • Drive portfolio growth and manager costs to meet or exceed budget goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years in staffing, customer service, sales or HR

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digitals tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience managing a team and overseeing service delivery across multiple industries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience managing onsite programs in staffing industry

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
