Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the retail industry for a Data Warehouse Analyst based in Hillside, New Jersey, United States. The role primarily involves analyzing complex data sets to deduce insights and solve real-world business problems. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other analysts applying established analytical processes and continually honing your technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to create key performance indicators (KPIs) and new methodologies for measurement.

• Build, own, and scale our labor planning process, providing accurate labor targets and forecasts.

• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Automate reporting for weekly business metrics.

• Identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale our current processes.

• Undertake data analysis and data mining using Excel.

• Extract and process data using SQL.

• Apply understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Adapt to ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.

• Utilize Python/Tableau/Power BI experience for data visualization. Requirements • Proficient in using Database and Datastage

• Experience with DB2 Database and EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Erwin Data and AB Testing

• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents

• Strong skills in Data Analysis and Data Modeling

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing in the retail industry

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred
