**DUTIES: Prepares reagents, standards, and water quality samples for analysis using Auto Analyzer and Total Organic Carbon/Total Nitrogen analyzer (TOC/TN) instruments. Prepares particulate samples such as plant, animal tissue, soils, and particulate filters for carbon and nitrogen analysis and for stable isotope analysis using Elemental Analyzer and Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (IRMS). Extracts and analyzes plant samples for Elemental Analysis using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrophotometer (ICP-OES).
