Cummins Inc. Branch Manager in Hobbs, New Mexico

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team specializing in General Management in Hobbes, NM.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive Financial Performance : By managing all functions and financial metrics, you’ll ensure the branch aligns with the Annual Operating Plan and achieves its profit and loss targets.

  • Strategic Planning : Provide valuable input into the Annual Operating Plan and marketing/sales strategies to foster growth and profitability.

  • Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and forge new partnerships to expand the branch’s market presence.

  • Cross-Functional Knowledge : Gain a comprehensive understanding of Cummins’ operations regionally and globally, enhancing your ability to make informed decisions.

  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction : Manage and improve customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score initiatives, fostering a customer-centric culture within the branch.

  • Operational Excellence : Oversee branch operations, ensuring adherence to service processes, and manage warranty submissions to improve service quality.

  • Health and Safety Leadership : Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, contributing to a safe and responsible workplace.

  • People Management : Lead and develop your team, fostering a motivated workforce aligned with Cummins’ values and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.

Experience:

  • Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification ; preferred not required.
