Job Information and Work Locations: Fleetwood Group, Inc. is looking to fill 16 temporary, full-time Assembler positions from April 1, 2025 to September 29, 2025.  Work will be performed at 11832 James Street, Holland, MI 49424.

Duties: Assemble wide variety of products and sub-assemblies using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and air tools. Understand, communicate, and interpret instructions, work documentation, policies and practices. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure productions is as efficient and safe as possible. Maintain clean, safe working environment. 

Requirements: No education or prior work experience is required.  Extensive standing and repetitive motions; occasional lifting of 25 to 40 pounds; bending, twisting, and stooping. Schedule and shifts vary based on production volume; typical shifts include 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 3:00 am; typical workweek is Monday through Thursday; Friday and/or Saturday work required when necessary due to production volumes.

Terms & Conditions of Employment: $19.03/hour, at least 40 hours/week, Monday-Thursday, schedule varies, overtime is offered and paid at time and half or $28.55/hour.

Availability of On-the-Job Training: The employer will provide on-the-job training.

Transportation: During the first week of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.  Meals during transportation to and from the employer will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88/day during travel to a maximum of $59/day with receipts.  Employer will not reimburse, pay for or provide inbound transportation and subsistence to worker who resides within reasonably commutable distance or who does not provide identity and employment eligibility documentation required to complete Form I-9, who has knowledge at recruitment place that worker cannot perform job order duties, who abandons employment, or who is discharged for lawful job related reasons.  Employer will advance inbound transportation amount no later than first workweek.

Three-fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Tools, Equipment, & Supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly by direct deposit or check if requested. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Optional daily transportation available at no cost.  Optional housing available, and, if selected, reasonable cost or fair value of board, lodging, and facilities provided will be deducted from payroll. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees), incurred by the H-2B worker.
