TRAVEL/SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS: Anticipate 40 hrs a week at start of project. Travel being in Molin, Illinois for implementation 4-5 weeks 2 weeks working and every other weekend home. During the implementation, candidate can work up to 50 hrs per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement and document controls systems for various types of automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot robot controllers, ladder logic, electrical control devices, mechanical units, transfer devices and peripheral equipment.
• Perform machine power up, debug and programming.
• Ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques and approach.
• Experieince with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI as well as Fanuc robot experiece are required, at a minimum 3 years of experice.

SKILLS

• Allen Bradley and Fanuc are a must and candidates MUST be able to write PLC code from start to finish and not just troubleshoot and debug it.
• Servo Motors is not required but nice to have.Allen Bradley Panel View is also not required but nice to have.
• Ignition based HMI is also good to have.
• Must have good reporting skills and will be expected to generate reports on a daily basis for this project.
