Motus, LLC d/b/a Motus Integrated Technologies seeks a Corporate Engineer Advanced Quality in Holland, MI. Duties: responsible for all new programs launched at any Motus facility aiming global standardization, transparency and zero defects; lead the APQP process and ensure availability of quality related deliverables on time; support in part and process development including risk analysis; develop and maintain inspection strategies based on risk analysis with corresponding gauge concept; develop and maintain Control Plans as well as inspection plans; develop and ensure robust Safe launch concepts; lead scrap monitoring during significant production trials, RungRate, and ramp up; lead problem solving activities by aiming zero Cost of poor Quality (COPQ) and Total PPM. Travel required approximately 30% of the time. Required travel to visit Motus customers to ensure quality standards are being met (states vary). Qualifications: Bach Degree in Industrial Engineering or related plus 36 months exp in quality engineering. High school diploma/GED plus 60 months exp also acceptable.
