Summary:

The Corporate Affairs Specialist will provide support to expatriates and immigration support services to employees as needed. The Corporate Affairs Specialist will also provide administrative support by managing shared goods services and processing administrative tasks through internal and external systems while managing other general affairs related programs. In addition, CA support will be provided for additional tasks and duties as they are assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Support housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, onboarding, etc. for expatriates

  • Collect data from various sources, analyze it, and create clear reports for leadership

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and SOPs

  • Collaborate with teams to optimize office layouts and seating plan for efficiency and aesthetics

  • Enhance the overall office environment by suggesting improvements to decor, signage, and common areas

  • General administrative support (electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations)

  • Assist with immigration-related processes and documentation

  • Manage the company pool car and mobile phone program

  • Handle business card requests promptly and efficiently

  • In-house landline phone management

  • Oversee vendors, including landscaping, janitorial, cafeteria, and food vending services

  • Develop improvement plans for the facility

  • Management of Shared goods and services - office supply order and management

  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

  • Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain

  • Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container

  • Support CA with a variety of misc. admin and project-related tasks and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred, High School Diploma/GED required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred

    Experience

  • 1 to 3+ years Corporate Affairs or HR related experience

    Skills

  • Handling administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Experience with ADP & SAP software and benefits systems is preferred

  • Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information

  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required

  • Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility.
